Android Tips Lollipop 5.1: Screen Pinning to Avoid fad!

Are you one of those who never was tricked by a friend when they borrow Android device? Let's say when they want to borrow our smartphones with the reason you want to browse or use the phone. And after some time, a Facebook status you contains "My Very bad" uploaded by your friends.

Above events often occur when we lend the device to a colleague. This is because usually all social media applications have been installed complete with his login. Google introduces Android Screen Pinning on Lollipop 5.0. By doing Screen Pinning, make our devices can only be accessed in accordance with the applications that are in the Pin. That is, when we lend our Android smartphone or tablet for browsing, you can do the pin on the application browser, Chrome, or Opera.

The borrower will not be able to do anything but browsing the applications we have the pin, although pressing the home button, back, and even the recent apps. And when the borrower intentionally do unpinning, we can immediately make the smartphone is locked. So how? Consider the steps on the following page.

1. Make sure that you use a smartphone or tablet with Android operating system Lollipop.

2. Turn on the lock screen function in the Security settings. In this example, we use security patterns.


3. Turn on the Screen function Pinning the Security settings. Turn also the option "Ask for unlokpattern before unpinning". This serves to lock the device when done unpinning.
